What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Smartling, you will take charge of defining and executing the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals. You will regularly engage with customers to surface insights that inform the Vendor Experience's vision. Your role involves collaborating with engineers and designers to finalize feature requirements and ensure successful implementation.

You will validate and prioritize incoming feedback, identifying features that will help achieve the company's vision. Supporting the Customer Success and Support teams, you will address customer inquiries and provide necessary documentation and training materials. Your proactive approach will help drive the success of Smartling's localization and translation platform.

What we offer

Smartling offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-165,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
