You are comfortable managing local office and data center operations, including organizing deliveries and patching cables. You understand the importance of maintaining a well-functioning IT infrastructure and are committed to delivering high-quality support to your colleagues. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the Windows Desktop Environment for end-users. You will provide first line local and second line regional desktop support, addressing hardware and software issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include user account administration and ensuring that all systems are compliant with global desktop standards. You will also be involved in configuring and supporting general office facilities issues, ensuring that all technical aspects of the office run smoothly.

You will manage the local office and Singapore Data Centre, which includes organizing deliveries and overseeing the physical infrastructure. Your role will require you to work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the technology that supports Virtu's operations, contributing to the firm's competitive advantage in the financial markets.
