Overview

VirtualHealth is hiring an Associate in Client Operations to deliver exceptional customer service and product support for their HELIOS platform. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is fully remote within the United States.

What you'll do

As an Associate in Client Operations, you will be responsible for responding to customer issues and requests as a subject-matter expert for all HELIOS functions and workflows. You will ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for all user-reported incidents, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve gathering and relaying crucial feedback from customers back to the VirtualHealth organization, helping to shape the future of the HELIOS platform.

You will engage with customers daily, providing them with the support they need to navigate the HELIOS platform effectively. Your insights will be invaluable in enhancing the user experience and ensuring that the platform meets the needs of healthcare organizations. You will also be involved in maintaining information security protocols, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
