What you'll do

As the primary point of contact for customer escalations, updates, and inquiries, you will work proactively with service providers to minimize the need for updates. You will own and drive the repair and maintenance operations needed to meet and exceed customer expectations daily. Your expert management of work order completion will demonstrate Vixxo's thorough understanding of customer organizations and alignment with shared goals, resulting in exceptional service and customer retention. You will be responsible for growing the company and meeting aggressive goals while contributing to a corporate culture that values diversity and accountability.
