Gopuff is hiring a Process Lead to oversee operations and ensure efficient delivery. You'll lead the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams in Dallas, focusing on order accuracy and customer experience.

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. You excel at coaching and motivating teams, ensuring that every member is aligned with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in team-oriented settings where you can make a direct impact on performance and efficiency. You are adaptable and can manage fluid schedules, particularly during peak hours of operation. Your ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts is complemented by your physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds.
What you'll do
As a Process Lead at Gopuff, you will be a core part of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the performance and daily tasks of the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams. You will ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to our customers, leading by example during your shift. Your responsibilities will include directing associate activities, escalating site issues in real-time, and ensuring that all facility operations and delivery processes are executed smoothly. You will also develop and train new associates, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the site. Your role will require you to be available during peak hours of operation and support the facility on weekends and holidays as needed.
