What you'll do

As a Product Designer at voize, you will be responsible for creating mobile experiences that significantly improve the daily work of healthcare professionals. You will engage closely with frontline care realities, spending time understanding the needs of nurses and how to alleviate their administrative burdens. Your role will involve collaborating with small, agile product teams, where your design decisions will directly influence product direction. You will take ownership of the design process from discovery through rollout, ensuring that each iteration is informed by user feedback and data. You will also participate in user research, A/B testing, and other methodologies to validate your design choices. Your work will contribute to the mission of giving nurses back valuable time, allowing them to focus on what matters most: patient care.
