You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles. You have experience managing supplier and customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. Your proficiency in Excel allows you to analyze data effectively, while familiarity with accounting software, particularly SAP, is a plus. You are fluent in French and possess an operational level of English, enabling you to thrive in an international environment. You are eager to contribute to a dynamic finance team and support the company's growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Head of Accounting, Consolidation, and Tax, collaborating with your team to manage supplier and customer accounts. You will be responsible for monitoring bank reconciliation statements and ensuring the timely entry of invoices and payments. Your involvement in the monthly closing process will be crucial, as you guarantee the reliability of accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices. You will also follow up on supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
