Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the gaming industry. Your expertise includes building and implementing free-to-play (F2P) systems that enhance player engagement and revenue. You are skilled in utilizing A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch. You have a proven track record of shipping features and using data-driven decisions to improve and refine existing systems.
You are adept at roadmap planning, market analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and maximize business success. Your analytical skills allow you to read dashboards and apply data insights effectively to optimize performance. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager for Paper.io 2, you will take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with gaming industry experts to enhance player engagement through innovative F2P systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying strengths and addressing weaknesses in existing systems, as well as driving the development of new features that align with player needs and market trends.
You will work closely with the Live games team to implement live events and in-game economies that keep players engaged. Your role will involve analyzing player data to inform decisions and optimize the gaming experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external studios to ensure that the games meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
