Overview

Vapi is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales in the EMEA region. You'll drive large, strategic deals and shape how top companies adopt voice automation solutions. This role requires extensive experience in selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the technology sector, with experience leading large, strategic deals. Your background includes selling multi-million dollar contracts to Fortune 500 companies, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction based on customer insights and have a deep understanding of the voice automation landscape. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through, as you may have built your own startup or contributed significantly to one. You are comfortable working onsite, as this role requires a strong presence to support voice AI deployments in the EMEA region.

Desirable

Experience with voice technology or AI solutions would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the voice automation market. You are a strategic thinker who can design pilots and shape solution architecture in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and drive consensus.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the full Vapi stack, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how customers deploy production voice agents. By the 60-day mark, you will lead enterprise discovery sessions, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to design pilots that meet customer needs. As you approach the 90-day milestone, you will take ownership of multi-stakeholder deals from technical validation to commercial close, ensuring that customer insights influence our product roadmap. Your role will involve not only closing deals but also shaping the future of voice automation by providing feedback and insights from your interactions with clients.
