What you'll do

In this role, you will define the long-term strategy for Identity at VTEX, ensuring that the platform remains the most secure AI-native commerce solution available. You will lead the redesign of the Access Management Module, focusing on creating a low-friction user experience while maintaining high security standards. Your responsibilities will include partnering with engineering leads to establish policies and control layers that govern AI agent operations, ensuring compliance and safety.

You will own the roadmap for VTEX Shield, enhancing its value proposition for enterprise customers and regulated industries. Your role will involve translating customer security requirements into product features, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of global enterprises. You will also be responsible for driving core platform capabilities that impact every product area, making your contributions vital to the company's success.
