What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with teams focused on Maps, Data, and Simulation to generate datasets essential for training and evaluating Waabi's online mapping system. You will design, evaluate, and iterate on algorithms that respond to dynamic real-world changes, such as road closures and traffic patterns, ensuring safe navigation for autonomous vehicles.

You will also partner with platform teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous operation of the online mapping system within Waabi's self-driving vehicles. Your commitment to engineering excellence will drive you to produce high-quality, well-structured, and tested code. Additionally, you will contribute to the broader research community by sharing insights and findings through publications and blog posts.
