What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Evaluation & Benchmarking team, responsible for developing the algorithms and tools necessary to thoroughly assess the autonomy system's performance throughout its development stages. You will collaborate closely with systems and safety teams to define requirements and evaluation criteria, ensuring that the evaluation capabilities meet the highest standards for safety and performance.

You will leverage Waabi World, a highly realistic closed-loop simulation engine, to deliver the evaluation capabilities needed to support the safe development of the next generation of autonomous vehicles. Your leadership will guide the team in creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible in self-driving technology.

You will also be involved in mentoring team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the Evaluation & Benchmarking team, ensuring that Waabi remains at the forefront of autonomous vehicle technology.
