WalkMe is hiring a Director, Strategic Field Marketing to define and scale their SAP-aligned GTM marketing strategy. You'll oversee strategic events and regional field initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires significant experience in marketing strategy and execution.

Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing strategy, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on digital transformation and user experience. Your experience includes managing large-scale marketing initiatives and events, ideally within the SAP ecosystem. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Desirable
Experience in digital adoption platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with SAP products and services will enhance your ability to connect with stakeholders and drive successful marketing campaigns. A proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale WalkMeβs SAP-aligned GTM marketing portfolio, focusing on strategic Tier 1 events and regional field marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the VP of Demand Marketing to define the marketing strategy and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include setting standards and operating mechanisms for SAP marketing execution across teams, ensuring that all initiatives are effectively communicated and executed. You will collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams to drive campaign execution and maximize the impact of marketing investments. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.
