WalkMe is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing plans and initiatives across the East regions and Canada. This role requires a seasoned, data-driven marketing lead who collaborates with sales and customer success teams.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within the technology sector, where you've successfully owned and executed integrated marketing strategies. Your data-driven approach allows you to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize effectiveness. You excel in collaboration, working closely with sales, technical, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. You are a strong communicator, capable of representing the brand and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Your experience includes managing events and initiatives that drive demand generation and customer engagement, showcasing your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You understand the importance of brand stewardship and are committed to enhancing the user experience through effective marketing strategies.
Desirable
Experience in digital adoption platforms or ERP solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. A background in data analytics will help you leverage insights for better decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the integrated marketing plan for your region, developing and executing initiatives that align with WalkMe's business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
