You have over 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on field marketing strategies that drive business growth. Your leadership skills are evident as you have successfully managed teams across different regions, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and development to excel. You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the APJ region, and can adapt strategies to meet local needs. Your analytical mindset allows you to set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) based on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that your team meets and exceeds its goals. You are passionate about technology and understand how to leverage it to enhance marketing efforts. You value collaboration and have a track record of building strong relationships with sales and operations teams to create cohesive marketing plans.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and understand the importance of maintaining a positive office culture that fosters creativity and collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the center of excellence for a geographically dispersed team of Field Marketing Managers, providing them with the professional development and training they need to execute the go-to-market (GTM) plan effectively. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Datadog's products, market position, and competition, which will enable you to adapt and optimize the global marketing plan for the APJ market. You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to curate field marketing plans on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your leadership will drive the expansion of Datadog's presence in the rapidly evolving Asian market, and you will be responsible for setting clear OKRs and utilizing KPIs to measure success. You will also collaborate with adjacent marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing strategies across the organization.
