What you'll do
As a Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer at WalkMe, you will be responsible for leading high-visibility internal projects that span across all company departments. You will collaborate with various teams to implement WalkMe's software solutions on SAP systems, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are successful. Your role will involve designing user experiences that enhance employee engagement and productivity, while also focusing on delivering high-quality technical implementations.
You will work closely with the Digital Adoption Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote continuous improvements and operational excellence. This includes identifying opportunities for process design and software implementation that align with the company's strategic goals. You will also be tasked with measuring the impact of digital adoption initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
