Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, ideally within the home design or luxury goods sector, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to connect with clients and trade professionals alike. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is paramount, as you will be the ambassador for the Waterworks brand. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your product knowledge with both clients and team members. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you may need to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
What you'll do
As a Sales Consultant at Waterworks, you will be responsible for providing in-gallery support and sharing your extensive product knowledge with clients. You will engage in proactive outreach to architects, designers, contractors, and plumbers to build demand for Waterworks products in the region. Your role will involve understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their design projects. You will also collaborate closely with the RH team to drive sales and ensure an exceptional client experience. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be key as you execute sales and service strategies that align with the company's mission.
