What you'll do
As the Executive Director of Global Corporate Development, you will work directly with WEBTOONโs global top management to define, identify, analyze, and execute M&A and investment opportunities. Your role is critical for driving WEBTOONโs rapid global expansion by actively pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across Content, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams, as well as collaborate with teams in Korea and Japan to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
You will lead the evaluation of potential partnerships and acquisitions, conducting thorough market analysis and due diligence to inform decision-making. Your insights will help shape the companyโs strategic direction and identify new avenues for growth. You will also be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process.
