Wattpad is hiring a Staff Product Manager to develop and evolve their advertising products. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Design, and the advertising team to create thoughtful ad experiences that drive revenue while enhancing user experience.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in advertising products. You understand the balance between driving revenue and maintaining a positive user experience, and you have a proven track record of developing successful product strategies. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with engineering and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize opportunities. You are passionate about storytelling and understand the unique needs of diverse audiences, particularly Gen Z writers and readers.
