๐Ÿš€ Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • This is a sales role and youโ€™ll need a hunter mentality to identify opportunities for additional funding.

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing customers and drive Wayflyerโ€™s revenue through upsells, renewals & churn mitigation.

  • Maintain an exceptional customer experience, leading with empathy and putting customersโ€™ needs first.

  • Be comfortable discussing business performance, cash flow, sales cycles, marketing strategies & financial products across a wide variety of client types.

  • Coach and enable customers to become product experts using Wayflyer dashboards.

  • Maintain a high bar for customer satisfaction (weโ€™re currently rated 4.9 stars on Trustpilot!)

๐Ÿ”จ What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing (corporate) experience in sales, account management or consultancy

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships.

  • Consistent track record of target attainment combined with exceptional customer service in a fast paced, start-up environment is a plus.

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is also beneficial

  • Youโ€™re calm under pressure when working through customer challenges

  • Analytical and data driven, with a keen eye for spotting additional revenue opportunities

  • Experience in Google Ads and Facebook is a bonus.

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. Youโ€™ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
