What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering for Waymo's Commercialization team, you will lead the engineering efforts for the Waymo One consumer service, overseeing the development of software that powers fully autonomous ride-hailing. You will collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional stakeholders to create a comprehensive roadmap that prioritizes tasks across fleet tooling and transportation-as-a-service areas. Your role will involve reviewing technical plans to ensure they align with the company's vision of building a sustainable and reliable business.

You will be responsible for hiring and growing your team, identifying talent that aligns with Waymo's mission and values. Your leadership will guide the team in developing innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and improve operational efficiency.
