You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in technology or automotive sectors. You excel at leading cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize and drive issues to resolution is key to your success. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to facilitate discussions and drive alignment across diverse teams. You understand the importance of risk management and proactively identify potential challenges before they arise.

Desirable

Experience in autonomous driving or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in engineering or product development can provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of the projects you will manage.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead critical cross-functional Fleet Management programs, collaborating closely with Product, Ops, Design, and Engineering teams. You will establish or improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives. You will drive conversations and discussions that lead to actionable outcomes, facilitating the successful execution of Waymo's roadmap. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying misalignments and resolving them swiftly to keep projects on track. You will also be responsible for reporting on project status and progress to senior leadership, providing clarity and transparency throughout the organization.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
