What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Waymo, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that enhance the Waymo Driver's perception capabilities. You will work within the Semantics core team, focusing on critical aspects of scene understanding, including the identification of vulnerable road users and the interpretation of traffic controls. Your role will involve designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on models to improve performance and robustness. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate your models into the Waymo Driver, ensuring they operate effectively in real-world scenarios.
