You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on data pipelines and machine learning. You understand the intricacies of machine learning models and have experience working with various data types and sources. What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that process petabytes of sensor data, preparing it for model training and evaluation. You will develop infrastructure that produces reliable datasets for a wide range of machine learning models, from real-time on-car models to large-scale offboard foundation models. Your work will contribute to building an automated, unified data flywheel that connects data curation to model training, enhancing the efficiency of the model lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with engineering managers and other team members to ensure that the data infrastructure meets the needs of the growing complexity of models. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of the Waymo Driver, helping to advance the mission of improving mobility and safety on the roads.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with eligibility for annual bonuses and equity incentive plans.
