What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the launch and adoption of new products and features, ensuring that all operational teams are ready for deployment. You will orchestrate the deployment process in collaboration with engineering, ensuring that all aspects of the product are functioning as intended. Post-launch, you will provide support to operations teams, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product iterations. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams to align on goals and expectations, ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the product lifecycle.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
