What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Digital Engineering Program team at Waymo, responsible for building and scaling processes and tools that support the company's mission to be the world's most trusted driver. You will partner with leaders across the organization to translate corporate strategies into actionable technology roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Your ability to define and track resource requirements will be crucial in managing headcount and budget inputs to finance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your influence will extend across various departments, enabling you to drive key decisions that impact the overall success of the organization. You will define KPIs and other metrics to measure progress, ensuring that your teams are focused on achieving their goals.
Your role will also involve fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work and deliver results. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in processes and tools, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
