What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in Calibration Systems at Waymo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software that ensures the proper calibration of sensors used in autonomous vehicles. You will collaborate closely with the Sensor Health team to monitor sensor performance and implement algorithms that enhance sensor reliability. Your role will involve processing data from next-generation sensors and ensuring that the software stack operates seamlessly. You will also engage in cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineers to address calibration challenges and improve the overall performance of the Waymo Driver. Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $170,000—$216,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
