You are skilled in ROI methodology and statistical analysis, enabling you to manage headcount and capital expenditure rollups efficiently. Your ability to influence cross-functional leads and drive consensus across different business units and regions is a key strength, ensuring that projects align with product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
You thrive in collaborative environments, where you can communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Your technical expertise allows you to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead the development of automation for Pixel manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors. You will be responsible for planning project requirements, identifying risks, and managing project schedules to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.
You will represent the Technical Operations team in Steering Committees, providing updates on automation ROI, headcount savings, and technical readiness. Your role will involve developing real-time monitoring dashboards for Capability Process Index (CPK) information and line status, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to critical data.
You will identify and evaluate strategic automation partners and vendors to scale technology deployment, ensuring that Google remains at the forefront of manufacturing innovation. Your ability to communicate technical analyses and recommendations to executives will be crucial in driving project success and aligning technology development with business goals.
