What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of critical business domains related to account transfers, leading efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience. You will build and maintain analytical frameworks that provide insights into operational efficiency and client retention. Your responsibilities will include partnering with senior stakeholders to develop data products that address client needs and improve the overall transfer experience.

You will lead investigations into operational challenges, leveraging your expertise to identify high-impact improvements. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that the data products you develop are scalable and effective in driving conversions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of the Transfers Operations and Customer Support teams, making a significant impact on the company's mission to provide transparent and low-cost financial services.
