What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform Experience team, you will lead a group of senior Software Developers, guiding them in their work to partner with product teams and deliver reliable, error-free experiences. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback to your team, fostering an environment where they can excel. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including Platform, Product, Design, and Data, to align on priorities and make informed trade-offs that benefit the overall mission of Wealthsimple.
