What you'll do

As a Senior Software Developer on the Delivery Platform team, you will be responsible for architecting and enhancing the systems that facilitate the deployment lifecycle at Wealthsimple. You will work closely with hundreds of engineers to ensure that code is deployed securely and efficiently, enabling them to ship updates multiple times a day.

Your role will involve building and maintaining the CI/CD infrastructure, which includes GitHub Actions self-hosted runners for continuous integration and ArgoCD for progressive delivery. You will also focus on deployment visibility through tools like Datadog and Backstage, ensuring that all deployments are monitored and optimized for performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their workflows. Your work will empower developers to deploy with confidence, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the engineering organization.
