What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at Wealthsimple, you will be embedded within the Investing team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Brokerage product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to define and design user experiences that are not only functional but also delightful. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.

You will lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our financial services, making it essential that you maintain a user-centric approach throughout the design process. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills and contribute to the team's success.
