Who you are
You are a seasoned product designer with a strong focus on user experience, particularly in onboarding processes. With a proven track record of designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, you understand the importance of making a product feel easy to learn and valuable from the start. You thrive in environments that allow for creativity and exploration, and you are comfortable navigating ambiguity to find the best solutions for users.
You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others is one of your key strengths, allowing you to influence product direction and drive activation and retention strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the redesign of Jane's onboarding strategy, focusing on creating seamless experiences for new users. You will analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points in the onboarding process and develop solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your work will directly impact how clinics interact with Jane, setting them up for long-term success.
You will collaborate with the product design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect the vision for onboarding. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on findings. Your insights will help shape the overall product strategy and contribute to Jane's growth as a product-led organization.
