You have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your expertise includes working with transformer models and advanced text analytics, allowing you to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of a data-driven society.

With experience deploying production-level NLP models, you understand the complexities of real-time data processing and the importance of maintaining data privacy. You are well-versed in MLOps practices and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring that the models you build are efficient and effective.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with research and engineering teams to design, build, and optimize models that handle both structured and unstructured language data. Your ability to preprocess and prepare text datasets is complemented by your strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive insights from complex data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for various tasks, including language understanding and generation. You will extend webAI’s existing LLM frameworks and libraries, incorporating the latest research to enhance our platform's capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models you develop align with the company's vision of distributed AI infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include optimizing models for performance and scalability, as well as conducting experiments to validate their effectiveness.

You will also play a key role in preprocessing and preparing text datasets, ensuring that the data used for training is of high quality. Your insights will help shape the direction of our AI initiatives, contributing to the development of groundbreaking technology that empowers users.
