What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Gorgias, you will lead the development of our AI agent, focusing on automating customer interactions and enhancing the overall shopping experience. You will design and implement machine learning models that accurately respond to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and engaging.

You will collaborate closely with the Machine Learning team, consisting of software engineers and product managers, to define project goals and deliverables.
