Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in managing cloud environments and deploying scalable applications. Your expertise in AWS and Terraform allows you to build and maintain robust infrastructure solutions that support business operations. You are proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, enabling you to orchestrate complex deployments efficiently.

Your experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus ensures that you can monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. You understand the importance of security in infrastructure management and have hands-on experience with secrets management systems like Vault. You are also familiar with contributing to or maintaining open-source infrastructure projects, showcasing your commitment to community-driven development.

What you'll do

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Workato, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that enhance our enterprise orchestration platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. Your role will involve automating deployment processes using Terraform and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes.

You will also be tasked with setting up monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana and Prometheus, allowing the team to proactively address performance issues. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and agility of our operations, enabling teams to navigate complex workflows in real-time. You will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in infrastructure management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
