What you'll do

In this role, you will design and own the systems orchestration layer that connects various tools and platforms within the partner ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on defining how partner lifecycle states, eligibility, compliance, and decision logic are represented and automated across systems. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that the integration of partners into go-to-market operations is seamless and effective. As the partner programs mature, you will shift your focus from campaign management to building durable systems that support onboarding, eligibility enforcement, routing, and attribution. You will also be responsible for minimizing financial risk and ensuring that automation remains resilient as complexity grows.
