Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing AI and Machine Learning projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role. Your expertise in translating business objectives into actionable AI roadmaps and measurable outcomes sets you apart. You excel in executive communication, presenting portfolio status and risks to client executives, and leading steering committees and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
You are adept at establishing PMO standards tailored to AI, including lifecycle stage gates and benefits tracking. Your experience in overseeing end-to-end delivery of AI solutions ensures that you can manage data readiness, model validation, deployment, and adoption effectively. You are committed to aligning with responsible AI principles and compliance, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary executive-facing PMO leader for AI programs, translating client business objectives into AI roadmaps and OKRs. You will lead the governance and delivery assurance of AI projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include implementing AI-augmented reporting and dashboards, as well as risk sensing to proactively address potential challenges.
You will oversee the entire delivery process of AI solutions, ensuring that all aspects from data readiness to model validation are executed flawlessly. Your collaboration with Data/ML Engineering, MLOps, and Security teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet client expectations. You will also be responsible for establishing PMO standards and running portfolio intake and prioritization processes.
