With 2-3 years of inside sales experience, you understand the nuances of customer service and have a knack for building relationships. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to connect with clients effectively, and your strong interpersonal skills help you navigate various business environments. You are familiar with websites, social media, and digital marketing, and you possess proficiency in Excel and Google Docs. Presentation skills are also part of your toolkit, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
