Who you are

You have a Bachelor's Degree and a GPA above 3.4, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields. With 3-8 years of inside sales experience, you excel in customer service and have a strong understanding of advertising and marketing agency dynamics. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients, and your interpersonal skills make you a great team player. You are comfortable with digital marketing concepts, including websites and social media, and possess proficiency in Excel and Google Docs. Presentation skills are also a key part of your toolkit, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and strategies.

What you'll do

As an Inbound Sales Closer at WebFX, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and understanding their unique business needs. You will leverage your sales experience to provide tailored digital marketing solutions that drive growth for mid-size businesses. Building relationships is at the core of your role, as you will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. You will also collaborate with a team of industry experts, gaining insights and knowledge that will help you advance in your career. This position offers a potential promotional path to roles such as Associate Lead Strategy Consultant or Lead Strategy Consultant, allowing you to grow within the company as you contribute to its mission.
