Who you are
You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelorβs Degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. You have a GPA above 3.4 and possess customer service experience in any industry. Your outstanding written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively assist users with their technical issues. You have experience in tech support or IT Help Desk-related work, showcasing your ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
You have a solid understanding of Windows OS and Mac OS, allowing you to navigate and support various operating systems. Additionally, you are familiar with the latest business office technologies, which helps you assist users with their software needs. Your eagerness to learn and be trained is evident, as you are excited about the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do
As an IT Support Intern at WebFX, you will receive world-class on-the-job training from experienced IT professionals. You will assist in providing technical support to team members, helping them resolve issues related to hardware and software.
