Appier is seeking an IT Support Intern to assist with IT operations and daily tasks. You'll work with IT professionals and gain exposure to SaaS products and device management in Taipei.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the IT field. You possess knowledge of computer repair and troubleshooting, along with a basic understanding of networking concepts. Your patience and problem-solving skills will help you address user issues effectively. You are available to work part-time, ideally 2 to 4 days a week, and are excited about collaborating with a professional IT team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of computer equipment, ensuring that all devices are functioning properly. You will also be responsible for maintaining conference room equipment, ensuring that all technology is ready for meetings. Additionally, you will manage computer assets, keeping track of inventory and ensuring that all devices are accounted for. You will troubleshoot user issues related to computers and systems, providing timely support to enhance user experience. Lastly, you will engage in network troubleshooting, identifying and resolving any connectivity issues that may arise.
