Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in quality management, particularly in the context of AI projects. Your experience includes overseeing supplier performance and ensuring adherence to client requirements. You understand the importance of on-time delivery and defect-free deliverables, and you are skilled in engaging with customers to understand their quality expectations.
You are adept at monitoring performance metrics and taking necessary actions to ensure that quality targets are met. Your ability to liaise with various teams, including Language Services, allows you to effectively manage service delivery quality. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in all aspects of your work.
What you'll do
As a Quality Manager at Welocalize, you will be responsible for managing supplier alignment and performance on accounts owned by your squad. You will engage with customers to understand their capacity requirements and quality expectations, ensuring that these can be met by the team. You will monitor customer Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and take necessary actions to ensure that quality and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive innovation in language services and ensure that high-quality training data transformation solutions are delivered. You will be a key member of the squad, contributing to the overall success of AI projects and helping to maintain Welocalize's reputation as a trusted global transformation partner.
