Who you are
You have experience in translating patents from German into Polish, particularly in the field of Mechanics. Your strong background in translation and proofreading ensures high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. You are detail-oriented and can manage a workload of 1,000-2,000 words per week, demonstrating your ability to handle substantial projects efficiently.
You are familiar with CAT tools, specifically Jira and XTM, which are essential for managing translation projects effectively. Your understanding of the mechanics field allows you to navigate complex terminology and ensure accuracy in your translations. You are available immediately and can adapt to project requirements quickly, making you a reliable resource for our patent translation needs.
What you'll do
As a freelance linguist at Welocalize, you will be responsible for translating patents from German into Polish, focusing on the mechanics domain.
