Your expertise allows you to identify systemic machine translation quality issues, including recurring error patterns and tone mismatches, contributing to the overall quality of the content.

You possess the ability to conduct second-pass quality reviews, ensuring consistency across batches and validating severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your feedback is qualitative and high-level, directly impacting final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts. You are comfortable working on an ad hoc basis, adapting to varying volumes and timing based on client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) customer service content, focusing on improving machine-translated materials. You will conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency, validating severity assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
