You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of driving forecasting accuracy and financial reporting. You are detail-oriented and have experience managing OPEX spend and headcount planning across various organizations.

What you'll do
As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Whatnot, you will own the end-to-end forecasting process for core parts of the business, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial projections. You will manage all facets of OPEX spend and headcount planning, particularly focusing on the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams. Your role will involve developing and refining internal FP&A tools, such as Pigment, to improve financial modeling and reporting.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, conducting variance analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also play a key role in budgeting processes and financial transformation initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of Whatnot.
