What you'll do

As a Trainer at Wheely, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for chauffeurs, focusing on providing a five-star luxury customer experience. You will assess chauffeurs against Wheely's standards and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve their performance. Your role will involve leading effective one-on-one training sessions, ensuring that each chauffeur has the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service. You will act as the voice of the chauffeur, advocating for their needs and ensuring they feel supported in their roles.

You will collaborate with management to develop training materials and programs that align with Wheely's service standards. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the training curriculum and ensuring it meets the needs of the chauffeurs. You will also play a key role in onboarding new chauffeurs, helping them acclimate to Wheely's culture and expectations.
