Amazon is hiring a Trainer for their Learning and Development team in Hyderabad. You'll coordinate and execute training for Fulfillment Center processes, ensuring effective learning experiences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in training and development, particularly in a fast-paced environment like a Fulfillment Center. Your ability to work independently and autonomously is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills and composure, allowing you to effectively engage with new hires and existing staff alike. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, to meet the needs of the workforce.
You understand the importance of data in improving training effectiveness and are skilled at using and analyzing data to enhance the learning experience. Your experience includes delivering instructor training and coaching, ensuring that training materials meet established standards. You are proactive in gathering feedback and refining processes to support continuous improvement in training delivery.
What you'll do
As a Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs across all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will act as a supervisor for Process Assistants and Ops Ambassadors, guiding new hires through their onboarding process. Your role will involve delivering training sessions, observing performance, and providing coaching to ensure adherence to training standards.
You will maintain up-to-date training records and ensure that all training materials are delivered according to established guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include organizing and monitoring cross-training initiatives to support peak skill requirements within the operations team. You will collaborate with operations to identify skill gaps and support critical role training, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
In addition to training delivery, you will attend meetings to provide insights and feedback on training effectiveness and workforce performance. You will work closely with site PxT partners to enhance new hire performance and contribute to zonal level projects aimed at improving training outcomes. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking tests and audits, ensuring that all training assessments are completed and responses are documented.
