Who you are

You have 2+ years of proven success working on technical products, such as platforms and distributed systems. Your background includes a STEM degree or previous experience as an engineer, which gives you a solid foundation in technical concepts. You possess outstanding written communication skills, enabling you to maintain accurate feature specifications as the single source of truth for your team. Your analytical mindset allows you to pull your own numbers and conduct thorough analyses to inform product decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Desirable

Experience with machine learning and mapping technologies is a plus, as it aligns with the products you will manage. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Wheely, you will take sole responsibility for the roadmap of one of our technical products, which may include mapping, marketplace, billing, and privacy features. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting your team’s goals and aligning them with Wheely’s mission. Your role will involve owning your team’s products from idea through development to launch, growth, and maintenance. You will collaborate with other product squads and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to product development. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you define metrics for success and track product performance over time. You will also engage in user research to gather insights that will inform product enhancements and new features.
