What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Healthcare Infra team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining features that connect members to WHOOP's powerful data science algorithms. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable backend systems that support the Healthcare organization in delivering personalized insights to users. You will collaborate with partners both within and outside of WHOOP to ensure that the infrastructure you create is robust and adaptable to the rapidly changing consumer health landscape.

You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring that the systems you build are not only functional but also user-friendly. Your work will directly impact how members understand and engage with their health metrics, including physical, mental, emotional, and hormonal aspects.

You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's coding standards and practices. By mentoring junior engineers, you will help foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team, ensuring that everyone is equipped to tackle the challenges ahead.
